This program provides services to children of Orange County, 0-5 years of age, identified with behavior concerns. The goal is to link these children and their family to Child and Youth Services for help. Our Mental Health Outreach Worker provides a minimum of two home visits, encourages the family to access services, assists them in accessing the services, and conducts follow-up calls to ensure the family has followed the necessary steps. The Mental Health Outreach Worker is there to help answer any questions the families may have regarding behavior.
This program is funded by the Children and Families Commission of Orange County. Please refer to our links page to learn more about the Commission.
