Project Bloom

“Project Bloom” which stands for “Behaviors, Lessons, Overcoming Obstacles, and Motivate” is a direct service acquired through the developmental screening process.  Project Bloom is a free behavior intervention program for children ages 0-5 that focuses on behavior management strategies, building a parent-child relationship, and providing guidance for effective communication skills. Each family is provided with five 1-on-1 sessions in person, over the phone, or via Zoom to help manage their child’s behaviors and is provided with resources and direct linkages to community partners upon completion of the program.
