This program allows FSN to provide items that a family cannot afford but are needed to keep their child safely at home. We provide items to families who may have difficulty meeting their needs because of poverty-level income or no income. Families must be referred by a nurse, case manager or social worker. Families may not refer themselves for this program and this is to ensure that only the neediest families are being served. A family can only access the fund one time. FSN accepts donations to this program provided the items are new or in good condition.
