Increasing Access to Early Childhood Services Across Orange County

The Bright Horizons Initiative is a Family Support Network program designed to increase access to critical early childhood services for families across Orange County. While the name may be familiar, this initiative is not affiliated with the national childcare company “Bright Horizons.” It is a locally developed effort by Family Support Network focused on expanding access to screenings, resources, and support for families navigating early development and special needs services.



Through this initiative, Family Support Network works to remove barriers that can prevent families from accessing early support—such as lack of awareness, language barriers, or difficulty navigating systems. Bright Horizons connects families to developmental screenings, educational workshops, and community-based resources, helping ensure more children receive early support when it matters most.
