"Family Support Network has been a tremendous support for our family. As a family with a medically complex child with a rare disorder, it was extremely difficult to find reputable sources of information that could understand the many challenges facing our family. Family Support Network understood the breadth and complexity of our daughter's multiple disabilities and how they impacted our family's life.
They were there to assist from her initial complex diagnosis in hospital, to her first IFSP and transition to school IEPs, to understanding waiver information and MediCal, to navigating DME medical supply issues and healthcare system challenges; Family Support Network has been the place to obtain the support and information we need.
The knowledge our family has gained through Family Support Network has allowed us to grow in confidence as advocates for our child and given us the ability to advocate for others as well."
