Sofia serves as Chief Executive Officer of Reimagine. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. For more than 15 years, Sofia has also taught social work as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, where she is committed to mentoring and preparing the next generation of practitioners. In addition to her leadership and academic roles, Sofia maintains a private practice providing counseling services to children, adults, and couples. She specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals and brings a strengths-based, compassionate approach to her clinical work. Sofia further extends her impact through board service. She is a Board Member of the CAADS Board of Directors (California Association of Adult Day Services) and serves on the Board of the Family Support Network.
