Registration for the TLC Pathways Conference opens on July 20 at 9:00 AM. We encourage you to reserve your spot early, as seating may be limited. Simply complete your registration using the link below to begin the process. Please see the Registration Fee Payment section below for registration dates and pricing.

Registration Fee Payment
Conference registration fees are processed through our Stripe Donations page for payment purposes but are tracked and collected separately from donations to help keep conference registrations organized.
Early registration is $20 per participant from July 20 at 9:00 AM through August 23. Beginning August 24 at 9:00 AM, the registration fee increases to $30 per participant.
After completing your registration, please submit the appropriate registration fee using the payment link below to confirm your attendance.

What's included with my registration?
Your registration includes access to conference sessions, conference materials, networking opportunities, continental breakfast and lunch, and a resource fair with trusted OC organizations.

Do I need to pay separately after registering?
Yes. Registration and payment are completed separately, and both must be completed to reserve your spot at the conference. After registering, you will be directed to our Donations page to securely pay your conference registration fee through Stripe. While the payment is processed through our Donations page, it is tracked and collected separately from charitable donations. If you have any questions or would like to confirm that your registration and payment have been received, please contact the Bright Horizons team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Where will the conference be held?
The TLC Pathways Conference will be held at Reimagine, located at 1601 E. St. Andrew Place, Santa Ana, CA. The venue is easily accessible and will host a full day of workshops, networking opportunities, and a Resource Fair.
